Core Stability Fitness
This course has been designed to test your core stability, improve your posture and build on your core strength. We will use a variety of equipment such as stability discs, swiss balls, foam rollers and soft balls. Course will run for 4-7 weeks. Booking is essential.
Classes will be held at Berkhamsted Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, behind Waitrose, Berkhamsted. New courses starting in January 2018:
Tuesday 9th January for 5 weeks - 7:30pm-8:15pm - FULLY BOOKED
Tuesday 6th February for 4 weeks - 7:30pm-8:15pm - 6 places available
Ladies Only Fitness Classes. These are self paced classes combining toning and cardio to provide a whole body workout that's fun. Available to all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes, existing classes have participants ranging from 18 to 62 years old at varying fitness levels. Courses last 5-7 weeks, booking is essential. Book your place and encourage your friends to book too, enjoying exercise as part of a group. LOW PRICES. Classes are held at All Saint's Church Hall, Cross Oak Road, Berkhamsted.
Monday 8th January for 5 weeks - 7:30pm-8:30pm - 2 places available
Small group and one to one personal training for those looking to break gently back into fitness. Set your own goals, sessions designed to meet your needs, variety of equipment and exercises, monitor your progress throughout. Prices start at £15 per person for small group sessions and £35 per hour for one-on-one training.
