Online Fitness & Classes


All sessions are held over the Zoom app and last 30 minutes, cost £4 per person, per session.

Classes available are:



7:30pm - Ladies Only Circuits

Sessions aimed to cover all fitness needs, including cardio, strength and toning. Designed for all ages and abilities, shapes and sizes. Alternative exercises available for any injuries or weaknesses. We sometimes use resistance bands and hand weights so useful if you have access to some but not essential.


6pm - Core Stability

Learn how to engage your core correctly whilst exercising. Improve your core strength to compliment other aspects of training you may be undertaking. No special equipment needed.
